I am baffled by the low scores this film is receiving. Maybe I’m missing something, and if so I’m glad I am, because I found “Home” to be one of the most endearing, interesting kid’s films I’ve seen in recent memory.

To paraphrase a well-established meme, “The Hunger Games” proved that young adult novels can be successfully adapted to the big screen. The “Divergent” series proves that not all of them should be.

Cinderella’s a simple story, and there’s few ways you can tell it without straying too far from the source material. That being said, Kenneth Branaugh’s latest adaptation does a great job of identifying everything that makes the fable tick and making the story seem, if not new, then vibrant and engaging.
"Enough, Already. Subtract. Not Add. All right?"
Watching “Chappie” is a frustrating experience, not unlike watching a small child being sat on by his fatter older brother. You get the sense that the poor kid had important things to do that day, but now he’s going to spend his time on the floor with the wind knocked out of him, powerless to stop this unfair treatment, protests largely ignored.
